🎨 Vocational Education

• ✔️ Starts from Grade 6: Carpentry, coding, gardening, etc.
• ✔️ Focus on internships and real-world skills

🎓 Higher Education Reforms

🏛️ Multidisciplinary Institutions

• ✔️ All institutions to become multidisciplinary by 2040
• ✔️ Single-stream colleges to be phased out

🎯 Flexible Degree Options

• ✔️ Certificate after 1 year, Diploma after 2, Degree after 3–4 years
• ✔️ Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) to digitally store credits

🧑‍🏫 Teacher Education

• ✔️ All teacher training through integrated 4-year B.Ed. programs
• ✔️ 4-year B.Ed. to be the minimum qualification by 2030

🏛️ Governance & 📱 Digital Learning

1. Single Higher Ed Regulator

• ✔️ HECI to manage regulation, funding, accreditation, and standards
• (Medical and legal education excluded)

2. National Educational Technology Forum (NETF)

• ✔️ Supports digital education & training with platforms like SWAYAM, DIKSHA, NISHTHA
• ✔️ Encourages blended/online learning models

🤝 Equity & ✍️ Implementation

• ✔️ Focus on girls, SC/ST/OBC, disabled & rural students
• ✔️ Scholarships, outreach programs, and support centers
• ✔️ Policy will be implemented by Centre & States in phases till 2040
